Charmed

Charmed

A Poem by Ziamiya

Standing across the room with your truculent stare.
Your silence and your presence I can't compare.
Irresistible and charming like a pot of gold.
A future of our fate we have yet to behold.
As a dog needs it's master.
Like a puppet with string.
You take control over me with the love that you bring.
An addiction to your fondness and individuality.
Your a drug in my veins influencing the worst of me.
Hypnotized by your disloyalty and lies,
A lifetime of warnings still never changed your appearance in my eyes.
You're like a bad-habit..
My alter-ego.
The cause of my change..
Compulsion over my soul.
