Do You Like Me?A Poem by Yellow Wax WingsA poem about being oblivious to how people feel about me
If I didn't know any better,
I'd think that you like me. That maybe your hand on my leg as we drive around in my car is more than just a comfy way to sit. That your arm around my waist as we walk around in public is more than just a way to keep the creeps away. That the kiss you give me as you walk out the door is more than just a cute way to say goodbye. I'm sure that you like me, but is it as more than just a friend?
