Tears

Have you ever wanted to just set and cry.

Not having a care and not knowing why.

The tears roll down your face and you just can't stop.

Your heart feels broken and you just want to rot.

Sob after sob and just let it go.

Your tears are unstoppable they just have to flow.

And after a bit you start to fill better.

You know you will be OK.

And you get your self together.

I say it's OK. Tears wash the soul.

Let it all out and your faith in your self

you'll always hold..

Yes, I do sometimes and you're right, often times I do feel better. I tell those I care for just go ahead and cry, wash the pain out, don't hold it end, you will feel better and can focus on the difficulty much better after that. Outstanding poem, well written and so true.

I have cried like this many times. There are things that leave scratches on our souls and from time to time the resurface so letting it out and crying helps us to become cleansed in a sense and feel more refreshed. Wonderful job expressing this.

Yeah. I totally agree with the emotions that are mentioned in your poem. I believe nothing happens without a reason. Most of the time we swallow and take the beatings, that life has to offer. But there is a threshold to everything. So sometimes for small reasons (or without a reason) we start to cry. It is a natural process of human mind. I think of it in a positive way and yes ..
