WEST WAS THE LAST TIME

WEST WAS THE LAST TIME

A Poem by Udei Evans
"

A short vivid direction of hope amidst the hype of our own compass.

"
Born again as the day of our own Westerlies
We prided in mischief of gust and polar anomalies
The world wasn't ours but the dimes paid the lease
One more life I say, close your eyes please
That eerie rhythm from your heart to the East
Sounds like an angel at the very least
When was the last time?
Your lips say, West was the last time
