A Shadow Forth

A Shadow Forth

A Poem by Cranky Old Bear

Amid my center gaze...A tired and olden blade..
Crystallite mid my elevation and engravings..
Weepingly swept with pure thoughtfulness..
Unforeseen by kindness ~ Deep amidst..

Traveled by the decay of withering time..
Whilst beside me stood a shadow forth..
Appareled with abundance of spring tides...
Amidst renderings of ascending spirits..

Crowned with...Advancing golden dreams..
Filled with mysteries of purling sounds..
Incandescent ~ With but one kiss...
Reminiscent of a moon's endlessness..

Whilst I wept...As a hero lost mid legions..
Whilst her auroras filled my imaginations..
With dis-obeying thoughts of boundless untold..
Pondering endless nights and days aside her...

If I was offered a million pounds to choose a phrase line or stanza that touched me most in this poem, I'd have to forgo the offer.. it's wonderful in every way - emotionally and technically.

Thank you for sharing.
