Tears silently fall down my face

As no one seems to care.

My pain pulls me into myself

Creating a wall from others.

I know they try to find compassion

But just brind out frustration.

 

Why can't they leave me alone?

So stop trying to guilt me into telling you.

 

Some say I need to talk about it

But when I do they push me away.

They tell me it's just a stage

While they can't feel my pain.

 

While sitting there

I didn't realize the person outside

Staring at me in concern.

They came because they actually care

Not because they want to bury me more.

 

I lift my head slightly, while tears still come

I look out from my hair to the world that doesn't care.

And meet the eyes of the stranger

My protector..

My savior.
