Untitled 1

Untitled 1

A Poem by MrV

wish...there was always a net...something to fall back on. Someone to take you in their arms.
I wish..you could always turn around and see a smile....Hear an encouraging word.
That no matter how low you got, there would be someone to lift you back up.

I wish that no child would ever go hungry, afraid and alone, no family or home.
I wish that no family would ever be torn...
I wish that there would never fall another tear.
I wish there was someone to show us all a better way..

I wish that Love could rule all.
I wish that 'natural causes' was the leading cause of death on earth.
I wish that there was no disease.
I wish that..there was no need to be sad.

I wish I could protect everyone from anything bad.
I wish I could carry their sorrow away.
I'd take that heavy burden each and every day.

If I could spread just a little love.
If I could give just a little hope.
I'd take it all and smile.
If people could just open their hearts.
Give and care, love and share,
Do and be, good and kind,
It would ease so many minds..

I wish for an end to things
So that we could find a way.

No more hate, and no more pain.
No stress or strain...

I wish it were time...

I want to walk streets of gold with everyone I love.

I want to hear the call...this very moment.

No more waiting...No more worry.

I wish...Oh i wish those trumpets would hurry.

and good would drive out the bad with a fury...

Oh..trumpets, blow...oh please...
let us know.

Blow trumpets, blow...
