Classical MusicA Poem by Missy LorraineA poem for those that love to feel...Classical Music ~Missy Lorraine~ The pleasure, oh the pleasure how it rushes through me; my body and my very soul it overwhelms me! The sweetness of it burns in my heart tearing it into a million pieces, throwing it into the dark obis. Its greatness makes my soul shudder bringing it to sweet tears, filling it with longing. Never before have I felt this urge to embrace destiny with all my strength and fiery being. Torrents of sadness crash into me in great big waves bringing with it the wish to be released from the world. It brings back memories of bitter loss and luscious love; it wills me to look deep within myself. A tinkling so like rain makes my heart light and fluttery; a smile of joy spreads across my lips and my eyes begin to sparkle. My eyes narrow then and my fists clench with crimson rage; an incurable anger taints me and I must somehow shed blood. A glorious booming interrupts my rage and brings me to my feet; the pounding drum in my ear makes me delirious with proudness. A slow gentle waltz calms me and makes me sway to the lazy beat, humming along with the melody, a peacefulness overcomes me. So beautiful it all is, I sigh with contentment.
