Hole in The Ground

Hole in The Ground

A Poem by Simply Meag

I grew up
in a hole in the ground
sort of town
where you never think
that you'd ever escape
But when I'm with you
I feel so far away

The worlds grown bigger
With each step we take
Roads got longer
With every breath
Those brick walls
Break
Come tumbling down
