Barefoot in The Rain

Barefoot in The Rain

A Poem by Simply Meag
"

Lyrics I'm still working on

"
You always told me that you had one foot out the door
And you always say that I deserve more
But I love you and I need you
And I want to come back home
And. Bein' with you
is like
dancing
barefoot in the rain.
Oh
Bein with you babe
Is like walking through the waves
Comin up empty
For a breath of fresh air
Being with you
Is
Dancing barefoot in the rain
(Barefoot in the rain)

We used to say that
We'd be forever
Kisses in moonlight
talking dreams til dusk
Driving with windows down
Music up high till we found
All our happy our lovin oh

You always told me that you had one foot out the door
And you always say that I deserve more
But I love you and I need you
And I want to come back home
(Come back home)
And. Bein' with you
is like
dancing
barefoot in the rain.
(Barefoot in the rain)
Oh
Bein with you babe
Is like walking through the waves
(through the waves)
Comin up empty
For a breath of fresh air
Being with you
Is
Dancing barefoot in the rain
