Darling Do You

Darling Do You

A Poem by Simply Meag

Darling do you long for me
My shattering sweet kisses all wound up for misses
Love me here love me there love me not
Do you watch me like I wait for you
On the corner all dolled up
For a man whose arms will hold
Me

Darling do you you long for me
Sweet kisses like sapphire
There's a fine line between want and need
And I long for what's in between
you're like a drug to me
A monster to me
Darling do you long for me
Sweet kisses
Just like the air I breath
darling do you long for me

Monsters like you long for me
Touch like a cold wind blows
Brisk
Hits
Darling do you long for me
Whips like silk
Face like milk
Says he couldn't says he wouldn't
Darling could you long for me

Streets are always lit for me
Standing here still as the air
Waiting for man like you
To long for me
Darling do you long for me?

Meagan, I like it! What type of music plays in your head when you wrote this? Folk, rock... I am curious to know.
