Teen with no voice?

"Your only a teen,

You have no voice."

"You do not have the ability to change the world. It will not change no matter what.", 

Who the hell are you to tell me what I can and can not do? 

I will stand for what I believe in despite your words of doubt. 

How dare you tell me I can't have a say yet you turn around and tell me to be ready to,

"Become the future of america".

If I truly am the future do not tie a gag in my mouth in order to block my words.

Let me have a say.

Empower me this "little teen".

Because guess what? 

The gag will come off and I will be screaming.

Be ready for this teen with a voice.

'My goodness, you really mean that, don't you! As determination and opinion goes, this poem has it all .. and long live the birth of the last two lines! However maybe you could tighten the meter and watch the spelling.. just a thought. Many thanks for sharing such a positive attitude- makes a change from the wishy.washy apathy around!
