Once Upon A Time 

I loved you,

I told you if you felt the same way

to take me in your arms.

I told you to kiss me,

and love me forever. 

You responded with a 

smile and looked at me

you promised that you 

would love me, but you 

couldn't promise to say 

forever.

But I couldn't say

forever either, 

How could we promise

forever when we're 

just kids?

Once Upon A Time,

I thought it'd be forever,

but I now know that;

I do love you

but I also know that 

this was what was needed.
