Nothing to be done.

I wrote this after a break up, and after I'd exhausted my ideas of how to change his mind. In hindsight it may seem a little pathetic, but I stand by my actions.

I can not shake the feeling that lays heavy in my chest,

My heart beats so quickly, it will not let me rest. 

I had so many plans for us that will never come to light,

I just don't understand, how this to you seems right?

You say you missed me too much and could no longer cope, 

But now you'll never see me, and I'm starting to lose hope. 

I just want you to want me, and to want to make this work,

But things aren't going to change, I must live through the hurt.
