Lights

Lights

A Poem by Nina St. Moritz
"

The simplest forms of magic come from our own desires.

"
Enchanting, evanescent,
beyond the realms of man.
The unexplained, the transmundane,
away all demons ran.

Flitting through the midnight skies,
dancing over time.
Bright and pure their hearts endure,
their laughs a glass's chime.

These lights they leave a lasting trail,
a mark upon the land.
A mystery beyond the world,
magic's flitting hand.

Where the lights swirl and glow,
all heaven is revealed.
The grass is green, the birds all sing,
the beasts in fear have kneeled.

A gift from time and nature's heart,
a hope for all to see.
The lights that dance from times long past
innocent wishes be.

How does this only have 61 views? Like all your stuff, it's brilliant. Effortless phrasing, stunningly visual, conceptually intriguing. Great work as usual.
