What a World

"What a world we live in",

That’s what people say.

A place so hard to fit in,

A struggle from day to day.

Nothing is ever as it seems,

Such an easy deception.

Even in our dreams,

It’s beyond our perception.

Don’t get me wrong,

The world can be a beautiful place.

Watching the break of dawn,

An orange glow warming my face.

Everything has beauty,

Though not everyone sees it.

Although in actuality,

Those of us who do pay it no credit.

Very peaceful lyrics. I think people have no time to see that wonder of the world(So am I). And the other reason is people have no regard when they got it without any paying. The world is a lovely creation as your poem.
