Understanding.

Not super confident with this..

Understanding.

Understanding doesn't mean caring,

And it doesn't mean helping.

It doesn't mean hospitals,

and it doesn't mean therapy.

Understanding means that you've experienced 

every second of pain,

Agony,

Numbness,

Trauma,

Abuse,

That they have.

And I think that's pretty rare, to find someone who 

Truly understands  you.

Who knows exactly who you are,

And still doesn't run away.
