NeverlandA Poem by MissJenaBlair"Think of all the joy you'll find, when you leave the world behind."I'll be Wendy, you'll be Peter Pan Come with me, off to Neverland Up and away we go Summer sky, flying low Stars dot the velvet skies though none more bright, than your golden eyes Take me to the place where they never grow old Sprinkled with fairy dust, and painted with gold Show me your world Peter, and grant me my freedom for no taste is sweeter You must teach me how to fly and help me count, the stars in the sky Kiss me under the ocean waves and teach me how to whisper, in secret caves Tell me why the hills catch fire, in the morning, when the sun gets higher Show me the mermaids and their shimmering tails, and prove to me why true love never fails I'll never know another's kiss and I'll finally let my heart feel true bliss Tuck me in safely every night, and i'll hold your hands, ever so tight We're so high now Peter, don't let go I'll always love you, this I know High above the world we were soaring, the first time you said "Second star to the right, and straight on 'till morning."
