Philosophy

A Poem by MissEnigmas

Socrates justice was-
subduing the forces;
Eschewing poetics,
and ignorance in words.
Appetitive control,
Torturous desire.
Piety and virtues;
City-souls of gold.
Colorless artistry;
Aesthetic nothingness.
Chariots without wings-
only honor in death.
Dull and spiritless wind;
feeble man of reason.
A courageous coward,
Opposing the three fates.
Divine philosophy.
