Good Morning:
You woke up too early. It's not quite morning because it is still dark out. The steady rise and fall of breathing beside you is soothing and you start to drift off again. You sit up in bed. You live alone.
It's Hot:
It's hot tonight. You shift under the covers of your bed, trying to find that perfect spot of warmth and coolness. You stick one leg out from the covers, it's perfect like this. You recall your fears of childhood about someone grabbing your exposed leg and laugh a bit. As you relax into sleep, you feel something scratch your leg. Not your exposed leg.
Unpopular:
You have never been one of the popular students. You know this, but you are ok with it. That's what you tell yourself anyway. Lately you've noticed how people don't even look at you now. No more taunting or bullying either. I guess you aren't worth their time anymore. Walking outside of your school, you noticed some caution tape around the corner. Curious you take a close look. Oh Yeah...This is where you died.
