Dream A Little Dream

This poem isn't actually about a simple dream, its about hiding pain by making up you're own realities , it's about hiding it from yourself through a dream world xD

Dream a little dream, until it burns from within its seam

Making wonder-us euphoric feelings within you,

O’ a tiny awakening seems no longer true,

Dream a little dream forever in peace 

Until all other realities come to a cease

The golden dawn awakens you,

This reality is no longer true,

The soft touch of satiny clouds , the flutter in your heart,

 turning slowly into grains of sand, torn apart ,

Memories pushed back in your mind,

Wishing you didnt have to leave them all behind,

Reaching out for them, pushing them back into you,

Yet they only escape through your fingers as drops of dew,

Dream a little dream, until it burns from within its seam

Making wonder-us euphoric feelings within you,

O’ a tiny awakening seems no longer true,

Dream a little dream forever in peace

Until all other realities come to a cease

The black dusk slowly darkens dawn,

 old memories come back with a uttered yawn,

Your swept from reality and are once more rejoiced,

For your  euphoric reality is once again voiced,

Floating on cloud’s once more feeling their embrace,

As tears of happiness fill your face ,

Never wanting it to end , it would cut too deep,

Yet this is the never ending cirle of awakining and sleep,

There is a lot of talent presented in this snip-it of poetry. I would love to see more from you perhaps without the rhyming....But then again, I think you may have a knack for it where I personally don't. All in all, good job! Would like to see more from you
