Loup Garou

Loup Garou

A Poem by MissCalliste
"

When the beast over-takes.

"

We, bloodlust darlings under a harvest moon

Entranced by a fervor sway and swoon

Red consuming your vision, red swelling up in my veins

Every molecule burning and bending, until nothing human remains

What can one uncover?

Overtaking the form and flesh of a lover

Left in the dawn with but a hazy dream

Following another night of the moon set agleam
