Bullets and guns, holocaust puns
Hypocrisy and idiocy
People want to fight
Cutting off their family
Doing drugs and posting mugs
And still think they're doing right
Politics, ugly chicks
Kitty cats and turtle pics
Songs that don't make sense
Pictures showing chest
Because they're like totally cooler than the rest
This world is so messed up
All their mouths are foul
I'm done with the internet for now.

Wow, you have summarized social media in a nutshell! Something that could be used to keep people in touch with each other has become a way for teens to achieve their fifteen minutes of "fame." I especially like your lines:

I can hear my mental voice take on such a mocking tone as a I read it--awesome job! I smiled (let's be honest, it was a smirk) when I read it. It reminded me of all the good the occasional friend-list purge does...
