Macabre Bride

Macabre Bride

A Poem by 水希
"

Something random before bed

"
My hands are itching and crawling
To claw and tear at my skin
To reveal the monster inside
Surreptitiously feeding and festering
Rotting my soul to the core
In a swirling chaos and decay
I slowly wither away
The outer shell shedding
Finally pulling back the veil
The white now drenched in red
The deceptions are over
Transformation and change
Are but a delusion
To distract from the truth
That it always was

About
Hello, I guess. I'm 19. I write mostly dark and deep poetry, but I'm not averse to other genres. Reviews are cool. I take criticism well. I don't mind talking to others, so that's okay too. I like art.. more..
