Tired

Lately I've just been really tired of everything. This is a little of how I've been feeling put into words.

Tired of this,
Tired of that,
Tired of feeling this way.

Tired of life,
I can't carry on.
I can't do what they say.

I'm so tired,
Just so fed up.
I don't know what to do.

I can't be enough,
I can't be what they want.
I can't even do what I want to.

Lower than the ground,
Struggling to breathe,
I wonder: does anyone care?

But I don't want to give up,
I want to stay strong,
I won't stop trying, I swear.

Maybe they don't care,
Maybe they never will.
But I like to hope, I like to pray,

That one day someone will,
That one day things will change,
That I will be okay.
