When the unexpected happens

and you dont know what it means

when it's nothing you can fathom

when you think it's just a dream

Beautiful woman without sway

 

Woman with no hate or blame

No bitterness or greed

What is it he said again?

Is he sure it's me he sees?

 

There is no reason to cry

There is no guilt or shame

There is no telling lies

Or playing silly games

 

Just honest people

Who know the Truth

Who can forgive your past

And start anew

 

You didn't think it possible

Your shame you hid behind

But His people know the difference

With the Spirit they're not blind

 

Through Him amazing things

Can happen every day

To me this hope He brings

In very mysterious ways
