Outlaw

Outlaw

A Poem by Miss Mary Jane

I killed a man, with that loving .45 in my hand.

I couldn’t feel a thing.

Just to hear that ring,

Never-ending is what he said.

Malicious,

Feeling that breaks and takes me from you.

Who are you?

Sweet talker, sweet hitchhiker

On the deserted desert highway.

Remember that all I wanted to

Do- carve that tiny z

Into your head.

Just another scar to add to the ones you

Wear under the membrane

Of your soul.

One place I’ll never know.

Never go.

wow, this poem is extremely taken by the expressive nature of the meaning,
enough to send a chill, the execution of an overdo tragedy, excellent work
