I will give you an in sight about dreams and how you can relax while doing so.

Many people like to dream, especially the good dreams that would take you too a whole different world more different than it seems, but what really is the meaning of a dream? Some people say it is a mere thought progressed by your brain depending on your day. Some people simply just say it is a wish from your heart but I say not. A dream is a beautiful world of desires that is filled with everything good and warm inside you that creates an amazing heaven from the soul. A dream is something us human-beings can not describe as a place, it is like seeing god before your very eyes, but is to amazing to describe in words. You can describe details in your dream, but really can't remember that much. You know how people say your eyes are the windows to your soul? A dream is the secret of the soul.

THIS IS BEAUTIFUL!! My belief is similar, dreams are the doorways to another place, a place that the spirit world creates for us to have a small insight into what the Universe is like. Our small minds and personalities could not handle all that the Universe (GOD, however you want to label it) is, therefore dreams give us small tastes of it. Really nice poem!
