Bunch of words strung together.

Voices
In my head
Cut me off
From reality.

Paranoia
All around me
Who to trust?
No one.

Secrets
Always there
Must be hidden
They'll ruin me

Emotions
Want to be numb
Have to keep them
Under control.

I like the stanza of this. It's also very cool how you begin each one with one word that connects itself with the next one starting the next stanza.

Voices in the head leads to paranoia. Paranoia leads to secrets since you don't want anyone to know about it. And secrets will eventually drive you crazy with emotions. I really enjoyed this poem
