And what if each human had two hearts
Would it make them have more compassion
Or simply give them more energy to hate

What if each one of us had a self destruct button
Would we all get to a lesser place and press
Or battle harder knowing how easy it would be to end

How about if people all had only one path
Would they all silently follow in rows
Or fight to carve a second

If we all only had half a life to live
Would we cut all the serious and the sad from it
Or double the effort in making other people cry

If you knew you only had a single day left
Would you laugh smile and be care free once more
Or cry and push away those who care

If things were different to what you know
Would you be a different person
Or is this our existences plateau

Kind of makes me realise, there are things I don't do because I'm afraid of messing up the life I have now, if I'd have one day left to live, consequences wouldn't matter, but why wait till then to do what I want when it could be my last day, any day.
