Morning Dove

Morning Dove

A Poem by Misa ☯

She is the anchor I found washed up on shore.
She held me down when the tide began to rise.

And she is the love I'm searching for, I'm sure.
Through the truth, and the pain and the lies.

She is the bird who used to sing when the sun would reach my door.

But my darling, now she sings to me no more.

Very special rhymed work.
I feel very sad that your morning dove sings no more to you.
