Longing For You

Longing For You

A Poem by Crystal Soul

Longing For You

You came to me like a bird of passage

Filled my heart then you was gone

We both invented the adventure of love

Then in the dawn you sailed away like a swan

Today i want to fill my soul with you

Burn on your lips the thrist of my soul

Find my journey in your open hand

And where you hide to fill me with you

Theres nothing more sad then silence and hurt

Theres nothing more bitter than loosing you

To look in my nights for the sound of your voice

And to realize today am longing for you

What longing.. it is the most beautiful of poems as longing is both beautiful and bitter...you captured both here magificently. realizations and epiphanies are strong strong occurences and hopefully they do not come too late. sad when they do. Powerful write!~B

This is another evidence, that love, when shared,is to be shared. It's about when a soul's longing, holding more, perhaps, time could back the shines before,or could stop in its route,to begin anew!
