Your words no longer hurt

Your words no longer hurt

A Poem by Lilly

You can tell me I’m worthless, that it was entirely my fault.

I got what I deserve , loneliness .

That you are now alone.

You could say that I’m hell bound , the devil itself .

I didn’t even blink at the hurt that you throw.

“Cold soul!” echoes  with tears of hate and not of sorrow.

That I have more than a broken bone ,

the one thing of that night he would not regret.

“Now that you have no purpose , you must live a heavy life” ,

“you will never find love , and I’ll be forever without my wife”.

The words , suppose to cut like a knife instead it felt like a feather-pillow fight.

For being took

Thrown  and

Flight.

Brick by brick a stone wall laid.
