Daydream lockA Poem by LillyWith a kiss on our mind and “what ifs” on mine , he would catch my eye from time to time , across the room or just by walking by. As soon as our eyes meet , they turn away , fear of what is written on our faces if we stayed . So I’ll keep that kiss a “ before-counting-sheep-daydream” , until darkness prevail for another dreamless sleep. Our secret will remain safe and sound, every feeling, longing and lust , kept in a daydream lock . © 2014 Lilly
