Her True Emotion

Her True Emotion

A Poem by Mip/John K. Brierley

Tears and fear are her only friends

She sent away the anger and hate

Now she wishes her fate was to yell all her life

It’s the only emotion that feels

Real

She can’t stay away

It makes her feel alive to cry

Try as she might to figure out why

She can’t deny she loves it

She doesn’t know why she cries, thousand ideas why, she wants to die
