Vigil lust

Thoughts turning to fire..
Burning my head with pain,
Forbidden things it desire.
A rainbow with no rain.
Lying to myself, I'm a liar..
Convincing myself I'm sane.

Oh sunshine where have you gone?
Why are you so far away ?
Will you come back if I sang you a song?
What can I do to make you stay?
Did my rainy clouds do you wrong?
I'm dying a little more everyday..

I'm feeling cold although its hell,
Nothing but thorns to embrace.
From grace I hit the ground I fell..
I have forgotten myself but not your face.
With my demons I stood still,
Praying you're in a better place.
Selfish I was, selfish I am, selfishly I'll kill..
Every dream I try to chase.
Just like how I lost you my girl,
You can never be replaced..

Can't ask you to come back
Can't force you to love me again
Because I'm such a drag.
Everything good with bad I stain
Maybe I'm more suitable in black.
Nothing can stop the rain,
There's no such thing as life hack,
And forever my vigil lust will remain.
