Tender thoughts

Breathing slowly saying I don’t care
while looking through pictures…
Smiling tenderly, at all the memories we share..!
Trying to avoid the lectures…

Remembering all the little things
while we were holding hands,
and how your eye blings
every time you cry, when u misunderstand

I know I was wrong,
I know it’s my fault…
well, I’m not that strong
trying to live my world my own default

I know you want me to stay
I know it’s hard to let go
but yet you’re pushing me away
to avoid all the sorrow

I don’t blame you, you’re  right
that’s why I decided to leave
I don’t deserve you, not even your sight
I just wanted you to believe .

So here we are racing to let go
pushing each other away
my tender tear the wind will blow
with nothing  else to say

I hope you don’t hate me
cause of all the hurt I put you through
far away from you I never wanted to be
but there’s nothing else I can do…
