patterns and walls

patterns and walls

A Poem by Shaun Rudie

patterns, couplings
and gatherings
shapes, colors and
postures. a cacophony
of thought, of
presence
senses to attract,
filter selections for
inclusion, or not
a mind made to accept
as fact our
experience, to absorb
the song of others,
to list away from
anything "norm"
sharing spills over those
walls, to saturate
possibility with
potential
