I Feel...

I Feel...

A Poem by Shaun Rudie

 I feel partitioned

honeycombed

like a beehive

with crawling thoughts

with wings

i have been known

to hum

i am a Japanese house,

paper thin walls housing

porcelain ideas,

fragile, delicate

growing

flower soft

my petals radiating from

central ideas

reflexively collecting

sun

i am a stranded

playful child

unique in my

separation

i am a hole for

knowledge

pour into me

then up my

rough walls

climb out as

image

Wow! This is a very good poem with vivid almost abstract imagery, and beautiful analogy. Well Done! Thank you for sharing!
