Into the night

Into the night

A Poem by Shaun Rudie

into the night

the carriage ride

all in flight

from terror hide

castle bound

iron purpose

sharply driven

one called master

in coffin hidden

can silence the will

his penetrating gaze

night filled with a

blood red moon

a deathbreeze lull

for corpse's boon

safer nights driven

by carriage & steed

will likely come upon

what carrion feed
