cold morning twilight

cold morning twilight

A Poem by Mindy Kay

That cold winter night
The moon shined bright.
I was alone,
til twilight.

You meet me there,
In the cold morning light,
Your face was red,
as it began day light.

You moved in close,
and gave me a kiss,
my hart beat slowed,
and I started to twitch.

You thought you did something wrong,
When it was just your touch,
was where I belonged.
After all this time,

I still remember,
that cold winter night,
when every thing felt so right,
in the morning twilight.
