Harvest

Harvest

A Poem by williams

Harvest"
how heartwarming,
the joy in our hearts,
the tingle in our hands
to touch what we watched grow.

The sweat of joy,
the scent of hope"
an aroma you wait to receive.

Tiresome, yes,
but still you smile,
for it is your hands
that sowed
and your hands
that now shall reap.

Oh,
what a surplus.
What a harvest.
What a moment
to be proud of what you planted.
