You might see the pieces running through time A heart to beat for you and I A brain to ponder the world Two legs to support me along the way Two arms to hold But, the soul can never be perceived Only thought of as concept A delicate thread that supports the whole And ties it together invisibly It lives in every piece And therefore is not a part, But the whole itself. © 2013 MindIsAnOceanAuthor's Note
