Close my eyes

As I close my eyes and pretend to be a 1000 miles away, or a 100 years ago or maybe in galaxy far-far away, as I close my eyes and pretend to be anywhere, anywhere but here. A memory so painful that at times it leaves a mark on me.

As I close my eyes and pretend that you are still here with us, I try to forget about all the pain and just remember that within in me you will live forever in a undisclosed eternity.

As I close my eyes nothing seems impossible, because when they are open life's is steady throwing punches. As I close my eyes I don't longer have to pretend, I can just create the world around me. I can finish conversations with loved ones no longer here, tell them that I miss them and I'll see them someday when....

As I opened my eyes, I finally realized that I can accomplish all, and that my eyes no longer need to be closed to do it or to do anything at all!
