ALONE

I hide my tears when I say your name,

but the pain in my heart is still the same.

Though I smile and seem carefree 

there's no one who misses you more than me.

I wish I could talk to you from the

beginning of the day till the night ended,

and share with you the things the 

whole day had planned for thee.

Everyone says I have a friend to share 

all the secrets I have in me,

but when I think of someone like that

I find no one of that kind to me to be.

I wish I had a friend who understood me 

and could stand for me whenever it could be.

 

Now when I lie with the facts alone

delivering the words withholding the tone

I find myself wrapped up in a cocoon 

in the corner of my room sitting ALONE.
