Wind in Winter

Wind in Winter

A Poem by Millionth Muse

Escaped pages soar

across a rain-slicked parkway--

Magnum opus lost.

I actually really liked the title. The poem did a great job of capturing a brief moment in time! Well written!

Great haiku, I'm thinking...I hope this isn't for real. I can see the scene of you running to retrieve it all. I hope you have a good memory, should this be true.

Very nice. My only critique would be of the title. I'd leave the season(so we know it's winter), but drop the wind (I feel that "soar" expresses the wind within the first line).

I do like this very much. All to dust.

Best,

Wow. I so admire haiku writers...to make something so beautiful in so small a space...It's an amazing gift.

A very creative expression of a winter storm.
