Chapter 25:

A Chapter by L.V.

Finally got away…

Said Lillianna while opening a door to a big room full of barrels.

There’s so many barrels…!

…Strange, why can’t I hear anyone complaining about them…?

Then she looked behind, where everyone else looked as well, since they wondered the same thing. Felix, Mark, Nastya, Minx and Lilli were gone.

…Where have they disappeared to…?

…Ah, right…

Sometime earlier:

The party stumbled upon another hall full of monsters. There were a bunch of mummies, skeletons, zombies and scary clowns inside.

…Not again…

-Let’s just kill them all!-Said Minx and ran to the monsters with a chainsaw in the right hand and a scythe in the left hand, while laughing like crazy.

-Is she always like this…?-Wondered Nastya. Mark and Felix just nodded. The three of them decided to join in, in the monster massacre.

-Wait, let me help you!-Said Lilli and ran as well.

-Well, let’s take care of this.-Said Feitten. - Alleina, stay near me.

-I am going to heal.-Said Alliannetta and went as well.

It’s time to burn those monsters down…!

“Solar Flare”!!!

Lillianna sighed as she remembered what happened earlier.

…They have probably gone lost in the confusion…-_-

…Well, they have weapons now, so it’s probably fine…

…I kind of feel bad for the monsters, thought…

…The horror they are going thought, must be unspeakable…

After some time of walking, Feitten stopped in front of a big, red wooden door.

-We have arrived at the library.-Said Feitten and opened the door. Then the party went inside. It was a huge room with red wood book cases, lined neatly with a lot of different kind of books and scrolls. There was a big table in the middle of the library (also made of red wood). The light was coming from the many wall candles (that were made from red gold) in the huge, round room.

…Not as big as the library at home, but still nice…

…Wait…

…Is that dry blood on the floor…???!

-…Feitten, blood…-Said Alleina while looking on the floor.

-…No…It can’t be…-Said Feitten in horror. Then he went along with the dry bloodstains. After a few seconds he stopped dead in his tracks, like a statue.

-Feitten…?-Wondered Alleina. Lillianna, Alliannetta and Alleina went to Feitten.

-…Lillie, is that…?-Wondered Alliannetta.

-…I am afraid those are…-Said Lillianna.

On the ground, full of dry blood, were two bodies, one of a male and one of a female in their late forties. Since they were deep in dry blood, it would have been impossible to tell who they are, if not for the crowns, and clothes that were similar to Feitten’s. The whole truth struck Feitten as a knife to the heart.

…This is just horrible…

-…Those are…my parents…-Said Feitten, with his whole body shivering. "I thought…they just disappeared…I thought…they would be back…and then…we could be together…as a family again…-He continued, while crying."They were killed here…!!! They were killed and I couldn’t even say “goodbye”!!!

-…Feitten…-Said Alleina sadly and hugged Feitten. "It’s not your fault…

-This is really sad…-Said Alliannetta sadly.

-It sure is…-Said Lillianna sadly.

…I feel so bad for Feitten…

And like that, everyone just stood in the library until Feitten stopped crying.

-…I will be fine now.-Said Feitten to Alleina. Then they stopped the hug and just stood near each other, Alleina holding Feitten’s hand tightly.

-Feitten, are you sure you are okay now…?-Wondered Alleina.

-I am…-Said Feitten, and sighed lightly.-Right now, we have to find a way to stop this nightmare that my brothers caused! "He continued.-We have to stop it no matter what, before it’s too late…

…Of to find something useful in those books and scrolls, then…
