Chapter 12:

-They don't remember anything at all...?-Asked Ashton, surprised. -And Precis, she remembers Claude, but does not remember me...?!-He added with horror.

-Only his name, thought.-Said Lillianna.

-It is enough to make it a tragedy...-Said Ashton tragically. -I have to get Precis's attention. -He added and then looked on Lillianna and Alliannetta for a few seconds. Then something clicked. -Can you help me get Precis's attention...?

-Well...-Started Lillianna.

-Help me...-Said Ashton while making puppy eyes. Lillianna and Alliannetta exchanged glances and signed in sync.

-Ok.-Said Lillianna.-We will help you.-...Not again...-No hugs! No hugs!

-I found a nice present for Precis.-Said Ashton after he became more normal.-But Precis thinks that I am stalking her, and won't let me come near her.-He continued.-Can you deliver it to Precis for me...?-Then he gave Lillianna a nicely packed present with a "From your secret admirer" note on it.

...It seems, as if he knew that we are going to help him...

-A present...? For me...?-Wondered Precis while getting the present.-Wait, is that from that stalker...?-She started wondering.

-...Actually, it is...-Said Lillianna.

-...I see...-Precis thought for a few moments.-I hope it is something nice, then!-She said while opening it. The present was some kind of ancient necklace, which drew a lot of Precis's attention.

Is there something wrong...?

-Ask that stalker, about where he got this necklace from!-Said Precis suddenly.

...That was not too nice a way of asking for a favor...

-Sorry for that...-Said Precis.-I just never saw something extraordinary like this necklace. I bet Leon would agree with me...-Then she walked to Leon.-Leon, look here...-She showed him the necklace.

-...Precis, -Started Leon with wonder.-Where did you get this necklace from?-He took the necklace and started to check every little detail of it while mumbling stuff that “only a person with really, really high IQ might know”.

-We have to research the necklace now.-Said Precis, seeing how exited Leon starts to look by the second.-So, can you ask Ashton where he got it from...?

 -Okay.-Said Alliannetta.

...She did not even notice how she called him "Ashton" instead of "stalker"...

-She remembered my name!-Ashton was too happy.-I am so happy!

-Ashton...?-Asked Lillianna.-Where did you get the necklace from?

-The necklace?-Said Ashton.-I found it in the city ruins, not so far from here.-He continued.-When I saw it, I knew right away that only Precis can have it!-He added with enthusiasm.- So, I just took it...

-You shouldn't just take up random stuff, thought.-Said Ururun.-You could have triggered something bad.

-It was pretty and mysterious!-Said Ashton.-Just like Precis.

-You are so irresponsible.-Said Gyoro. -Just like a little kid.

...I think, we better get a rest for a while, and then ask the researchers if they need any help...

The next "requests"(from Leon) Lillianna and Alliannetta did were gathering information(by fighting) of white rabbits, rainbow butterflies, white cats, rainbow parrots, white puppies and blue elves in the valley of the unknown. It sounded quite easy and dandy, but was actually hard since all of these "cuties" were actually terrible monsters (Shadows, Cerberus and different kinds of skeletons) under illusionary disguise.

-We need to give king Hotohori the report you made...?-Asked Alliannetta.

-Yes.-Said Leon.-We can't really give them ourselves, since there's still so much more to research here.

-Leon is always in that serious mode of his. Always telling me what to do.-Said Precis. -Even thought, he is younger than me...

-Because I am more responsible.-Said Leon.-And a lot smarter.

-Fine, we are going.-Said Lillianna. Then Lillianna and Alliannetta disappeared from the valley.

...It's a good thing, I learned "Teleport", right when I leveled to level 35...

Lillianna and Alliannetta appeared right before the castle of Ortone city.

-I never heard of it at all!-Said Hotohori.

-Is there something wrong with the report...?-Asked Lillianna.

-According to the research papers Leon made, there was actually a civilization long ago and it was related to the goddess Ellania.-Said Hotohori.

-Really...?-Asked Lillianna.

-Yes, but after some time, it just disappeared.-Said Hotohori.

...What the...?

-A whole community can't just disappear into thin air!-Said Lillianna.

-I also want to know what exactly happened.-Said Hotohori.-Can you help Leon some more with the research...?

-Okay.-Said Lillianna.-By the way, what were the angel guards doing here doing the party...?-She asked. Hotohori made a strange face expression. -Thought, I didn't see them after that anymore.

-Lets just say...-Started Hotohori with a sigh.-That your father made us quite a visit, after you went to places, helping different people...-...Not again...

-He was making you a big lecture about morals, angels, humans and other unnecessary stuff...?�"Wondered Lillianna.

-That he did...-Said Hotohori with a sigh.

-Anyway, I am going to help Leon some more.-Said Lillianna.-Not because someone told me, but because I want to.-She continued.-Just like I have been doing up until now.

-I will help, too.-Said Alliannetta.

-Thank you.-Said Hotohori. Then Lillianna and Alliannetta teleported from the castle back to the valley.

-You are back!-Said Precis.-Leon completed some new machine while you were away, and been annoying me with showing of how smart he is, this whole damn time!

-You are just in time!-Leon said with enthusiasm. -I just completed making my "Information Gatherer" machine while you were away.-He continued. -With this you would no longer need to fight monsters to get information! You would just need to place it on a spot that has a lot of remained elemental essence in it, and it would gather information by itself!-He smiled smugly. - Aren't I the smartest person in the world?

-So, you need our help to put it in the right spot...?-Asked Lillianna.

-Yes, I want you to put in the village ruins not far from here.-Said Leon, still having the smugly smile.-The machine will do everything else.-He continued. ...He is overflowing with confidence...-Let me mark the spot on your magical map.

And so, Lillianna and Alliannetta went to the village ruins, but stopped when they saw a gray portal closing. Where the portal closed, were spirits of a girl with green hair and eyes, and boy with purple hair and green eyes.

The both of them were quite confused. When they saw Lillianna and Alliannetta, they exchanged glances and then walked to them.

...The portal also teleports spirits here...?

-Nice to meet you.-Said the girl smiling cutely.-My name is Ion.-...Wait, Ion sounds like a boy's name...!-Could you tell us where we are...?

-My name is Alliannetta.-Said Alliannetta.-And you are in the Affelio world.

-My name is Lillianna.-Said Lillianna.

-My name is Henaro.-Said the other kid....She's actually a girl...-Strange, this is certainly not the mansion of eternal spring...

-You are both dead...?-Asked Lillianna.

-We are.-Said Ion and Henaro in sync.

-Strange.-Said Ion.-I thought that I would disappear after my phonons got completely dissolved. -He wondered. - And then, before going to complete blackness, I was teleported here thought that strange gray portal.

-Tell me about it! - Said Henaro. -After that guy shot me with the arrow and I died, I thought I would be in the mansion of eternal spring by now. -She continued.-And I was actually sucked inside some strange portal and teleported here.-Then she stopped in thought.-Did I actually get another chance...?

-So, the both of you have no idea why you are here...-Said Lillianna.

-Let's help them.-Said Alliannetta.

...Besides, they look like they are good people...

-Okay.-Said Lillianna.-Come with us.-She said while using the spell. Then all of them were teleported inside Ortone's castle, right before Hotohori (More precisely, his face). Everyone were quite surprised.

...I think I overdid it...

After some time, of explaining and story-telling, it was decided that Ion and Henaro are residents of Reodonne kingdom now, and were given residence cards of their own. It was decided that they can stay in the castle, until an appropriate place can be found for them.

-That went smoothly.-Said Lillianna.

-King Hotohori always helps us with things.-Said Alliannetta.

-King Hotohori, and you Lillianna and Alliannetta helped us a lot.-Said Ion. - Thanks you ^^.

-Thanks.-Said Henaro.

-From now on, I will help the people of this world in whoever way I can!-Said Ion seriously.

...He is really serious...

-That must be why I am here, as well.-Said Henaro. -I will be helping too!

...Those guys...

...Are a lot more mature, considerate and determined than they look...

-Tell us if you ever need any help.-Said Ion. -And we will help as much as we can.
