Air

Air

A Poem by Milinda_Moon
"

Just another poem not deep and not dark it's actually very...Light if that's even the word for it

"

"Rush!"

The air goes passed my ear.

"Rush!"

The air flows through my hair.

As I wait for the wind to calm and I look over.

The sun is shining bright,

Birds singing a soft yet happy melody tone.

The grass is swaying and flowing so light.

I feel a hand brush up against mine.

I turn. No one to be found.

I turn again and there you are.

Smilng that bright happy smile to me.

Maybe it's just me.

But I could have sworen I saw your eyes tinkle with love.

You hug me and I hug back only to be parted by the rush of wind.

"Rush!"

Goes the air pass our ear.

"Rush!"

Goes the wind through our hair.

Can you hear it?

The air is calling our names.

Maybe not my best poem I've done so far but it's okay I guess.

I like it. It's very creative and not depressing. :D I usually write dark poetry so it's interesting to read such a poem as this. It flows well, has good imagery. Great job.
