I love you

A poem for my bf who makes me feel just so...wonderful!

You can call me hon,

You can call me love,

You can even call me by my name.

But there's one thing you've always called me.

"Yours."

Even though we may fight,

Maybe even hate each other for a little while.

But I always know you'll be there for me.

But as I sit here in bed looking up at the stars

and think to myself.

"Maybe this is all but a dream,maybe I'll awake to find we've never met."

But as you hold me in your arms and whisper those sweet words I melt for.

"I cannot live without you. I need you in my life."

Then I finally feel the love I've been waiting for.

And I whisper the last words to come to mind before drifting off into sleep

"I love you."

I loved it. Such a great message- I liked how you made the word "YOURS" the center of this poem and ending it with "I love you."
Thing that I was a bit confused with was the first three lines.... maybe you can do something to clarify that?
